Hardware
As standard your new doors come with high-end hardware designed to deliver a smooth sliding action. Superior door rollers work with the advanced lift and slide mechanism for effortless operation every time. High-end door locking systems featuring multiple locking points engage into secure door keeps.
The sophisticated lift and slide handle is multi-functional. Rotate the handle to raise the sliding panel and slide it to your designed position. You can also set the door back down in the open position giving you peace of mind that it can't be operated from the outside - ideal for partial opening and ventilation.
Glass
At FGC Bespoke Aluminium we use only quality glass produced by the leading glass processors and glass unit manufacturers. All doors come with toughened safety glass certified to the latest glass standards.
Colour
A professionally applied powder coated finish in your choice of colour is strong and durable. All it needs is routine cleaning with a soft sponge and mild soapy solution to keep your doors looking like new. We use professional colour applicators with a minimum colour thickness of 40-60 microns with an even more durable marine grade coating available on request for coastal locations.
Special colours include metallic anodised finishes and textured paints available on special order.
Energy Efficiency
Dutemänn Glide-S sliding doors come with thick aluminium profiles with a polyamide thermal break, with additional cross-linked insulation. Triple glazed doors provide the best performance, down to 0.9 w/m2k when triple glazed.
