Colour
Our slimline sliding doors come with a professionally applied powder coated finish, to stringent industry standards by approved and certified applicators. Therefore you benefit from a low-maintenance durable finish in over 150 RAL colours on offer.
Black and grey are by far the best colours working with the slimline nature of these doors and complementing modern architecture. Used in the window and door sector for over forty years, modern polyester powder coating not only offers the biggest choice of colours but also the best level of protection for the aluminium profiles.
Energy Efficiency
Creating a wall of light doesn’t have to mean increasing your heating bills. In fact, all of Origin’s doors are thermally broken, so the transfer of heat between the inside and the outside is significantly limited, delivering a space that’s cool in the summer, warm in the winter, and can be enjoyed all year round.
Low-emissivity glass having a Low-E coating reflects heat back into the room. This glass comes as standard in this slimline door with toughened glass units. Unlike other doors, the glass has a special silicone seal, bonding it structurally to the frame. As a result, safety, security and energy efficiency is excellent.
These doors surpass current Building Regulations with an impressive 1.4Wm2K U-Value.
