When you buy any of our quality glazing products, you’ll receive all the necessary paperwork such as your guarantee and FENSA registration documentation.
The benefit of the Installsure Insurance Backed Guarantee is protection for you, in the unlikely event of our business ceasing to trade. You’re already covered for legitimate product faults or repairs during the guarantee period. The additional insurance backed guarantee means Installsure steps in for you. Even better, Installsure matches the cover for your guarantee period. Please note an insurance backed guarantee does not apply to new building projects or new build extensions.
Importantly, providing an Insurance Backed Guarantee such as this is also essential as part of our FENSA membership.
What else you need to know
Your guarantee and FENSA apply to replacement work only, where we replace your old glazing. New builds and extensions are signed off by Building Control.
The Customer must reply to the requested information within 20 days of the installation in order for the FENSA certificate and IBG to be issued.

In the event that the business fails during the lifetime of the guarantee, any issues normally recoverable under the terms of the guarantee can be the subject of an insurance claim in line with the policy terms. Cover for the contract value or £25,000, whichever is the lesser in value.
